Admeasuring an area of about 6600 sq ft and spread over 3 floor with a height restriction of about 8.6'' clear ht and on the top of it becomes running all along the periphery, it was extremely challenging to design services, have ceilings and yet achieve the feeling of comfort. Mesh ceilings extensive use of glass and graphics all over, upliftment of stair design are some of the key features which have enhanced the design.
